Poor as the company you guys used UPS lost my package then told me I have to reach our to you guys to see what happened as to why my package got lost on their end. I requested that my package be delivered to their 120th and Ctenshaw location a week ago. I just called their customer service line and was told that my package probably got lost and to contact you guys!
